Refund policy - cancellations and complaints

We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if, for any reason, you're unhappy with the goods you’ve purchased, you may cancel your order and return the items to us within 7 working days of receiving them.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the returned goods within 28 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the items before returning them, and all products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days, provide an estimated resolution time, and keep you informed throughout the process.
