Terms and conditions (‘Conditions’) are dull to write and dull to read. But they matter because they let you know what you’re agreeing to when you order from us.
We really want to help you have a great experience when you buy from us, so please contact our customer service if you have any questions about these Conditions before you buy.

Our VAT number is GB 709 3795 04. We are a limited company. The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Reso Ltd when you buy an item from qdossound.com.
‘We’ ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Reso Ltd, trading as QDOS. ‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person accessing, using or ordering from www.qdossound.com.
All prices are shown in GBP pounds Sterling (£). All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, and subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will do our best to contact you so that you may choose either to have a refund on the item, have it shipped when it is back in stock or select an alternative product.
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices on www.qdossound.com are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items displayed on our site may be mispriced. No contract exists between you and us until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods. We maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of display technology.
Payment and delivery
All orders must be paid for via Shopify Payments, which accepts a wide variety of payment methods including PayPal, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Credit and debit card transactions for orders placed from outside the UK or EU will be converted by your card company at their current exchange rate.
Offers & Promotions will be available from time to time. Promotional codes can be used to received discounts from orders. Only one code per transaction is accepted.
Delivery times shown may vary and depend on the destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days. You are responsible for any and all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.
We offer a 1 Year Limited Warranty on products sold unless stated otherwise.
All QDOS products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship at the point of sale and, subject to the product being used in accordance with its instructions for use, the product shall continue to be free from defects for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of the use of any QDOS product. QDOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the product.
Product replacements are covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of warranty. If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, you may return the replacement to QDOS to receive an additional replacement.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to the ones afforded to you by the laws of your country. It is not intended to operate to limit such legal rights.
Cancellations and complaints
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. You will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.
We hope you don’t need to complain, but if you have an issue with a service or product we provide please contact Customer services by e-mail: email@example.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days, advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint and keep you informed throughout the process.
