The OptiGuard Lifetime Warranty applies to qualifying OptiGuard™ branded screen protection products only. QDOS warrants the product against breaks and
damages during its device lifetime*. To make a warranty claim for your
OptiGuard product**, you must register the product at qdossound.com
Is the OptiGuard™ Lifetime Warranty replacement program free of charge?
Yes, product replacement is free. You are only asked to pay for packaging and postage. Customs charges may apply.
* Based on stock availability, exemptions apply for discontinued products
** A replacement will be issued if the claim meets the criteria outlined by the Warranty terms and conditions
How can I join the OptiGuard™ Lifetime Warranty program?
- Create an account at qdossound.com
- Once logged in, “MY ACCOUNT” dashboard will be opened
- Click “ADD NEW REGISTRATION” to register your qualified OptiGuard™ product
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration
- You will receive an email to confirm your registration
How can I make a claim for an OptiGuard™ Lifetime Warranty product?
- Create an account at qdossound.com
- Once logged in, “MY ACCOUNT” dashboard will be opened
- To make a claim for your OptiGuard™ product, click the “MAKE A CLAIM” icon
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your warranty claim
- You will receive an email to confirm your claim is being processed
- We will review the claim and send you a confirmation email
- If your claim meets the appropriate criteria, you will be directed to purchase postage & packing for the replacement product
Is my product covered by theOptiGuard™ Lifetime Warranty program?
The Lifetime Warranty program applies to qualifying OptiGuard™ screen protection products with our Lifetime Warranty icon displayed on the packaging. All other QDOS products are covered by our standard manufacturer’s warranty.
When can I make a claim?
If your qualifying OptiGuard™ screen protection is cracked, damaged, dropped, shattered, you will be able to make a claim. The Lifetime Warranty program does not cover claims for application errors.
Where can I find the product name?
The product name can be found above the barcode on the back of the product packaging, an example is shown below:

Where can I find the serial number?
The serial number can be found under the barcode on the back of the product packaging and will typically start with a BN- prefix, an example is shown below:

Original purchase date
The original purchase date should match the date on your purchase receipt or email confirmation.
Proof of purchase
You will be directed to upload a proof of purchase (photo of receipt or email confirmation). Please note that the registration will be refused without a valid proof of purchase. Please make sure the proof is visible.
Regional limitations
The Lifetime Warranty program covers qualifying OptiGuard products sold in the UK, and parts of mainland Europe, North America, and Australia. Regional exclusions exist.
