We work with a third-party supplier in the UK who is responsible for storing, packing and sending all online orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process your order within 1 working day.

If you place your order after 2pm, then it will be processed the following day.

Our estimated delivery times are listed below:
• UK: 3-5 working days
• Europe: 5-7 working days
• Rest of World: 7-12 working days

What happens if I order over the weekend?
Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be processed and sent the following Monday.

Shipping destination, costs and delivery times
• All orders are shipped from the UK
• We ship to most of the countries worldwide (please check the following table for destination and shipping costs)
• We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or P.O. Boxes
• Delivery times are estimated from the shipping date and are subject to weather conditions, postal congestion and/or possible Customs spot check of some countries
• Shipping prices will be displayed at checkout.

Are there any customs or import duties if I live outside the UK?
• We (QDOS) have paid the customs / import tax / VAT for the destination country.
• Shipments to countries outside of the UK may encounter strict customs controls, potentially leading to delays.
• However, some additional customs checks beyond our control may result in additional import duties or other fees. This is very rare, but if you are concerned, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

How do I track my order?
• Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation from enquiries@qdossound.com via email with a tracking number and a link to trace your items. Please check your spam folder if you can't find the email.
• Please email us at enquiries@qdossound.com if you have any questions or difficulties on order tracking and your order’s location.

I gave the wrong address when I ordered – can I change it?
• Our systems are highly automated so we cannot edit an address once your order has been placed.
• We will make every effort to track the parcel, but we are bound by the working practices of each courier company.
• If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, then this will be returned to us (QDOS) and we will refund your order minus the postage fees.
• It is your responsibility to confirm the address details given.
• QDOS cannot be held liable for any incorrect information entered upon placing an order.

I’d like a refund or replacement
• We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 28 working days from receipt of the goods.

• If you decide you no longer want your order, you have 28 days from the date that you received your products to return them to us.
• Please email enquiries@qdossound.com as soon as possible and we will provide you with a return shipping address.
• Goods must be returned in a state where they can be resold.
• If the goods returned are not fit for resale, we (QDOS) reserve the right to withhold a refund.
• Refunds are for products only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• It is your responsibility to cover the cost of postage when returning your products.

• If you think your product is faulty and you need a replacement, please email us within 28 working days of placing your order at enquiries@qdossound.com
• We may ask you to send photo / video evidence before providing a replacement.
