How can I pay for my products at

We use Sagepay to process payments using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, JCB, Maestro and Diners Club payment cards and also accept payments by Paypal at the webstore

Can I pay for products using my paypal account?

Yes, of course, we are happy to accept payments by Paypal at the webstore

Can I pay in a different currency?

We accept payments in sterling and euros - simply click on the currency icon at the top of the page to select your preferred currency

Order processing

Can I cancel my order when my payment has been processed?

Once payment has been accepted and your order confirmed, our speedy delivery process takes over so, unfortunately, it is usually impossible to cancel a confirmed order.  If you do need to cancel an order, send an email to [email protected] during normal business hours and we will try and stop the shipment.

What happens if I change my mind?

If we were not able to prevent your order from shipping you will be able to return it, un-openend, for an exchange or refund but we will have to ask you to pay for the return postage.  The exhange or refund will be processed once the returned goods have been received.

Warranty information

How long does your warranty last?

QDOS offers a one-year limited warranty on its products whose packaging bears our 1-year warranty icon when sold through and authorised retailers.  We warrant our retail products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure under normal usage for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period).

I have just bought an OptiGuard™ Glass screen protector and I need to register for the lifetime warranty, how does that work?

Product returns

How can I return a product bought at for a refund?

If you bought your product at, we offer a 30-day refund based on your original method of payment for products returned pre-paid in their original packaging including any or all accessories and documentation that shipped with the product.  If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your product, simply contact us through [email protected] and we will help you through the process

How can I return a product bought at a third party retailer for a refund?

All other refunds are at the discretion of the other site or retailer where the product was purchased

How can I get a replacement for a broken or faulty product bought at a third party retailer?

If you bought the product from another site or retailer within the last year AND the product is broken or faulty we will offer a replacement.  You will need to pay for return shipping.  If you contact us through [email protected] we will be happy to help
