‘We’ ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Reso Ltd, trading as QDOS. ‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person accessing, using, registering, and claiming from: www.qdossound.com/optiguard-registration
OptiGuard™ Glass Lifetime Warranty - iStore redemption program:
The OptiGuard™ Glass screen protector range is designed to protect your device screen so it withstands a lot of knocks. Our OptiGuard™ Lifetime Warranty covers cracks to the OptiGuard™ for the lifetime of the device. Exclusions may apply. The standard ‘life’ of a device is one year and is deemed to be ‘End of Life’ when the device’s successor is released. QDOS’ OptiGuard™ replacement program will support customers with a replacement while stocks last after the device’s ‘End of Life’. Warranty replacements are dependent on availability.
By signing up to the OptiGuard™ Glass Lifetime warranty, you are submitting to QDOS your email address. We will only use this email address to communicate with you, where necessary, anything in relation to this Lifetime Warranty program. This includes, but is not limited to, registration confirmation, replacement claim confirmation and dispatch of replacement product. We do not sell your information on to third parties.
QDOS retain the right to refuse replacement claims at our sole discretion when deemed necessary.
Requirements under iStore redemption program:
The customer’s OptiGuard™ registration/activation at www.qdossound.com/optiguard-registration must be completed within 3 months of the original purchase date.
In the case of breakage of the screen protector, the customer is required to process a claim application online at www.qdossound.com/optiguard-registration.
The resulting .pdf document, sent to the customer’s registered email address, should be printed and taken into an iStore where the claim will be considered and checked for compliance by an iStore member of staff. Claim approvals are at iStore’s sole discretion according to the compliance terms and conditions herein.
The customer is required to return original damaged glass screen protector to the iStore.
Proof of original purchase must be provided when requested to be eligible for replacement – if proof of purchase is requested at any time during the registration or claims process and is not provided by the customer, QDOS and/or iStore reserve the right to refuse the replacement.
Original packaging must be provided when requested to be eligible for replacement – if original packaging is requested at any time during the registration or claims process and is not provided by the customer, QDOS and/or iStore reserve the right to refuse the replacement.
Return shipping of the customer’s damaged OptiGuard™ will be at the customer’s cost where applicable.
The customer may be required to pay a handling fee, subject to the number of replacement OptiGuard™ claim(s).
If the customer does not comply with any of the requirements above, QDOS and/or iStore reserve the right to refuse the replacement.
OptiGuard Lifetime Warranty iStore redemption program covers:
- Significant, accidental, breaks to the OptiGuard™
- Significant, accidental, cracks in the OptiGuard™
- Large, accidental, chips in the OptiGuard™
- Noticeable manufacturing defects in the OptiGuard™
- Fair, visible wear and tear
OptiGuard Lifetime Warranty iStore redemption program does not cover:
- Non-accidental damage of any nature
- Air bubbles under the OptiGuard™
- Installation errors
- Tiny chips and negligible wear and tear
Issuing out OptiGuard™ Glass replacements through iStore redemption program
We will always aim to issue out the same OptiGuard™ Glass replacement product as the original one purchased. Despite our best efforts, on some occasions, your replacement product may no longer be available. This could be due to the fact that your original OptiGuard™ Glass product may no longer be part of the current iStore range, or that we are out of stock of particular colours, finishes, or product. iStore, at its sole discretion, may offer you an alternative product of their choice outside of the Lifetime Warranty obligations. Your OptiGuard™ replacement is limited to the device that your original OptiGuard™ Glass was registered for.
- Warranty codes provided are per product and must be redeemed separately (customers may register more than one OptiGuard™ on the same E-mail address)
- QDOS reserves the right to revoke the warranty privilege from the purchaser at any time due to suspicious, abusive or fraudulent warranty claims reported by iStore
- QDOS/iStore reserves the right to decline a claim due to multiple claims and/or if QDOS/iStore believes the claim does not meet program requirements
- The OptiGuard™ replacement is limited to the life of the original device for which the OptiGuard™ was purchased and registered to and limited to product availability in the iStore
- No guarantee is provided for damage inflicted on the device. QDOS will not be held responsible for any damage to the customer’s device
Right to Refuse Service
QDOS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for actions including but not limited to harassment of QDOS employees or customer service personnel, fraudulent activities, abuse of QDOS OptiGuard™ Lifetime Warranty terms and conditions, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other reason that is reasonable and justifiable.
